WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT

Wedding Day Management, commonly known as Day-Of Coordination, services are the perfect route for couples who desire to handle the entire planning process themselves but want to hand over the reins prior to the big day. Our job is to step in and coordinate any of the final details and manage all of the logistics for your event, leaving you to enjoy the last moments before you walk down the aisle.

WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT TIMELINE:  4-6 WEEKS OUT PRIOR TO WEDDING DATE

Wedding Management includes:

• (2) meetings (one initial and one final)

• Rehearsal Walk-through

• Review of all design logistics for both ceremony and reception space

• Finalization of details with all vendors (including venue)

• Management of decor and other necessary items

• Detailed day-of timeline and event production schedule with necessary vendors and VIP’s

• Execute event day according to timeline and ensure all vendors are accounted for

• Coordination & collaboration with venue staff

• (1) Event Assistant (with the potential of more)

• Oversight of event for entire length of time agreed upon
